Only 125 Seats Remain For Inaugural Home Opener On November 12

October 20, 2016 – The Greensboro Swarm, the NBA Development League affiliate of the Charlotte Hornets, announced today that there is limited availability left for the team’s Home Opener. The Swarm will tip off its inaugural season on Saturday, Nov. 12 at 7 p.m. against the Fort Wayne Mad Ants in the newly renovated Fieldhouse at the Greensboro Coliseum Complex.

“We are humbled by the support we have received from fans in the Triad and look forward to a great inaugural season and opening night in Greensboro,” said Swarm President Steve Swetoha.

The Fieldhouse, which seats just over 2,100 fans, has only 125 seats remaining for opening night. However, fans interested in attending the Home Opener still have the opportunity to secure tickets through full-season or partial-season ticket plans. More information about both of those options is available on gsoswarm.com. In addition to tickets to opening night, both of the season membership plans also offer significant savings in comparison to single-game ticket prices.

Though not available for the opening night game due to the limited availability, single-game tickets will soon be available for those interested in attending the Swarm’s remaining 23 home games during the 2016-17 season. The Swarm’s schedule is highlighted by 15 home games that will be played on either Friday or Saturday nights. Additionally, other marquee dates include an afternoon matchup the day after Christmas (Dec. 26) and three Thursday night games.
