October 10, 2016 – The Greensboro Swarm, the NBA Development League affiliate of the Charlotte Hornets, announced today that partial season-ticket plans are now on sale for the 2016-17 season. The half-season plans allow fans to select the 12 Swarm home games that best fit their schedule. The membership also provides ticket holders the option to choose opening night as one of their selected games.

“Our team is very excited to introduce our half-season ticket plan as an option for those interested in attending multiple home games during our inaugural season,” said Swarm President Steve Swetoha. “We’re proud to offer a range of choices that are affordable and provide our fans the benefit of having the same great seat every game.”

The half-season plan gives members the opportunity to select which 12 games they would like to attend during the Swarm’s 24-game season. Plans start as low as $8 per ticket per game in the bleacher baseline section while center court club seats are available at $24 per ticket per game. In addition to providing significant savings compared to single-game tickets, 12-game partial plan members will also receive benefits such as priority for Swarm playoff tickets and single-game Hornets tickets.

The Swarm will tip off its inaugural season at home on November 12 against the Fort Wayne Mad Ants. Currently, the only way for fans to guarantee tickets to opening night is through season tickets or partial plans. All of the team’s 24 home games will be played at the newly renovated Fieldhouse at the Greensboro Coliseum Complex.
