Charlotte Hornets Waive Isaiah Wong

Charlotte Hornets President of Basketball Operations Jeff Peterson announced today the team has waived two-way guard Isaiah Wong.

Wong appeared in 20 games with the Hornets this season, averaging 6.0 points, 1.6 rebounds and 1.4 assists in 13.3 minutes per outing. He recorded 16.0 points, 4.7 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 1.8 steals in six contests with the Greensboro Swarm, Charlotte’s NBA G League affiliate. Wong originally signed a two-way contract with the Hornets on Dec. 2, 2024.
