The Greensboro Swarm, the NBA G League affiliate of the Charlotte Hornets, announced today that the team completed a three-team trade with the Rio Grande Valley Vipers (Houston Rockets affiliate) and the Westchester Knicks (New York Knicks affiliate).
In the deal, the Swarm received Westchester's first-round pick, acquired via the Delaware Blue Coats (Philadelphia 76ers affiliate), in the 2021-22 NBA G League Draft.
Additionally, Greensboro will send the returning rights to Kahlil Whitney to Vipers while Rio Grande Valley sends the returning rights to Dewan Hernandez to the Knicks.
