Swarm Fan Appreciation Night To Be Presented By Allegacy Federal Credit Union

The Greensboro Swarm’s final home game of the season on Tuesday, March 20, at 7 p.m. against the South Bay Lakers will be Fan Appreciation Night, presented by Allegacy Federal Credit Union. The second annual Fan Appreciation Night begins when fans walk through the door with a number of giveaways throughout the evening.

“Our final home game is an opportunity for the organization to say thank you to all our loyal fans, especially our season ticket members and corporate partners” Greensboro Swarm President Steve Swetoha said. “Our fan base has helped us create one of the most unique and passionate home courts in the G League. Allegacy Federal Credit Union is fantastic partner who is dedicated to making this last game of the 2017-18 season a memorable one.”

Fans who attend the game will receive a special Swarm and Allegacy Fan Appreciation t-shirt. Additionally, all merchandise at the Fan Shop will be discounted at 15 percent for all fans. The Swarm will also continue its tradition of giving game-worn jerseys and shorts of the players in a special postgame event.

“It has been our pleasure to support the Swarm since the inaugural season and be a part of the excitement that the fans have for this team and all they do for the Guilford community,” said Cathy Pace, Allegacy President and CEO.

Other promotions for the night include Blue Ridge Companies giving away up to a year of free rent at one of its properties and Piedmont Triad International Airport giving away a trip to a Hornets road game during the 2018-19 season.

Through nearly two seasons of play the Swarm have sold out 11 games at the Fieldhouse. The game against the Lakers concludes Greensboro’s regular-season home schedule however the team has two more road games to close out the season. On Friday, March 23, the Swarm take on the Grand Rapids Drive at 7 p.m. A night later on Saturday, March 24, Greensboro visits the Windy City Bulls at 8 p.m. in the finale.
