Swarm Involved in Trades With the Delaware Blue Coats, Raptors 905 and Ontario Clippers

The Greensboro Swarm, the NBA G League affiliate of the Charlotte Hornets, announced today that the team has finalized trades with the Delaware Blue Coats (Philadelphia 76ers affiliate), Raptors 905 (Toronto Raptors affiliate) and Ontario Clippers (Los Angeles Clippers affiliate). The team also waived Norense Odiase.
The Greensboro Swarm agreed to trade guard Ty-Shon Alexander to the Delaware Blue Coats for the returning player rights to guard Rayjon Tucker. Tucker, a Charlotte native, most recently played with Melbourne United, an Australian team in the National Basketball League. Through their season, he averaged 18.1 points, 6.1 rebounds and 2.4 assists per game.
Raptors 905 agreed to trade forward/center Aaron Epps to the Greensboro Swarm in exchange for the returning player rights to Yoeli Childs. Epps played in 10 games with Raptors 905 averaging 3 rebounds per game and 5.8 points per game.
Greensboro has also agreed to trade the returning player rights to Vincent Edwards to the Ontario Clippers for the returning player rights to Trevon Scott. Scott most recently played in France with Fos Provence Basket, a team in the LNB Pro A., averaging 3.8 rebounds and 7 points per game in 21 games during the 2022-23 season.
The Swarm also waived center Norense Odiase. Odiase spent parts of two seasons in Greensboro. The Fort Worth, Texas native averaged 3.2 points, 3.6 rebounds and 57.6% from the field over 33 games with the Swarm.
