On November 12, 2016, Hornets Sports & Entertainment along with representatives from the city of Greensboro and Greensboro Coliseum Complex celebrated the grand opening of the new Swarm Fieldhouse.

The official home of the Swarm seats just over 2,100 fans and offers courtside, club and bleacher seating.

The Fieldhouse also houses everything from the team's training facility, equipment room and basketball operations offices.

Other elements include a merchandise stand, concessions, VIP area and kid zone.
